The pool was really small. I also thought the shower over the bath was not ideal because the bath surface was slippery. I nearly fell a few times! I think they could improve the safety of the shower area, and a bigger pool would be much more appreciated.

a satisfactory stay overall

i had a lovely room on the 6th floor the room was very quiet because of double glazing the room was very clean and fresh there was also very effective air conditioning. the breakfast is buffet style it was excellent with plenty of choice.
the minibar fridge in the room did not work i did request this to be fixed. i was told you cannot eat anything that wasn't bought from the restaurant or pool menu we brought pastries from a nearby bakery to the rooftop to enjoy one day

i had such a blast there. the central location near stores and restaurants was super convenient. the staff were really kind and helpful too. the room was super clean it had everything i needed to have a restful night.
i found the wi-fi connection to be a bit spotty. it kept dropping in and out which was kind of a bummer.

there is a rooftop bar with a plunge pool available it offers a fantastic space for relaxation with drinks and tapas it's perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city.

the location is great it is close to bus stops and metro stations like urgell and universitat getting around is simple a lot of attractions are within walking distance as well.

poor air conditioningtepid beverages
the air conditioning system did not function adequately . the temperature in the room remained uncomfortably warm, even after i reported it. furthermore, the minibar fridge did not cool properly. it rendered the beverages inside tepid, a considerable disappointment given the supposed standards of this hotel.

the decorations and furniture created a lovely atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. breakfast offered an excellent variety and i especially appreciated the provided coffee and water in the room
the air conditioning seemed to operate only during the daytime i found this inconvenient. the gym and pool facilities looked smaller than the images suggested it was a bit disappointing
